Tell us about access, sensory, language, or other support needs when you register or by email at least 14 days before the event. We will work with the venue to arrange reasonable accommodations and confirm what is available. You are welcome to take breaks, move, or use assistive technology during sessions.

This website is designed to work with keyboards and screen readers, offers complete English and Simplified Chinese versions, and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Some external sites we link to, including BGMC and Stripe’s checkout page, are run by other organizations.
