Participation
Abstract submission and symposium registration are separate actions. Abstracts are submitted and paid for on this website: $50 for the professional track and $25 for the high-school track. A submission fee does not guarantee acceptance or a symposium seat. Training registration and payment are also provided through BGMC under its terms. Confirm the current program, package inclusions, cancellation conditions, and payment arrangements on BGMC before booking. A website inquiry or opening-notification opt-in does not confirm participation.
Symposium registration
Paid registration for the March 30 symposium is covered by the Registration Terms, including the cancellation and refund policy. Everyone attending our events agrees to follow the Code of Conduct.

Speaker biographies and portraits identify the individuals in the program. External links are provided for further reading; the destination organization is responsible for its own content.
