Biography
Mriganka Sur is the Newton Professor of Neuroscience at MIT and Director of the Simons Center for the Social Brain, which he founded. His laboratory studies the development, organization, plasticity, and dynamics of the cerebral cortex. Advanced imaging, molecular, and computational approaches help his team investigate cortical circuit development and neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism.
