Submission categories & fees

Submit and pay on this website by January 15, 2027. Acceptance notifications are scheduled for January 31.

Professional & academic abstracts

$50 per abstract

Up to 300 words. For researchers, clinicians, trainees, educators, and other professionals.

High school student abstracts

$25 per abstract

Up to 250 words for the abstract, plus a contribution statement of up to 100 words. Student authors describe their own role in the work.

  2. Review everything, then pay the submission fee securely through Stripe.
  3. Your abstract is submitted once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your submission number.
